MAFS Advocacy Effort to save Social Security, Medicare, & Medicaid

MAFS participated in advocacy campaign to promote public benefits programs. The focus was to prevent the cuts in social security, Medicare, Medicaid, and federal funding for education. Two representatives in Congress, Raja Krishnamoorthi (D-8th), and Delia Ramirez (D-3rd), both of whom represent parts of Elk Grove Village, joined in Elk Grove for an advocacy campaign on Thursday, Feb. 16.
