Metropolitan Asian Family Services (MAFS) believes that Education and Knowledge help you better understand yourself and the world around you. To help educate and train our community we offer educational and technical programs including, English as a Second Language (ESL), Bright Ideas, CPR training, and Computer training.
This year, MAFS celebrated Appreciation Day for Tutors who play a major role in our ESL program on June 30th, 2020 from 1:30 pm – 2:30 pm. Due to the Pandemic, MAFS virtually held the Yearly Tutor’s Appreciation through a ZOOM meeting for the tutors. The attendees were the tutors, Executive Director-MAFS – Mrs. Santosh Kumar, Board Member Ms. Sumitraben Patel, and Key Staff Members. Certificates and Awards were presented virtually by Mrs. Kumar to honor the Tutors for their commendable dedication and effort, to teach for the betterment of the community.

Niles Location: Leena Shah, Hemlata Patel, Indu Naik, Padma Desai
