Age Options Featured MAFS’s Diabetes Workshop
At Niles, December 19th was the last day of our diabetes workshop when Age options visited us to make a movie about our workshop. The session ended with a cake-cutting ceremony and the participants were given certificates of completion. Our Seniors (the participants) had tears of joy on the last day of the workshop. They cherished the 6 weeks of the program and didn’t want it to end. Mrs. Peggy Tully, Health Education Implementation Coordinator from Age options was also present for the event. She appreciated the participants and MAFS.
