At MAFS, food is more than a meal.
It is comfort, culture, and community.
Our meals are:
Fresh and home-cooked
Culturally familiar (Indian, Pakistani, Bangladeshi)
Prepared with seniors' dietary needs in mind
Shared meals help reduce isolation and create a sense of belonging.

Home Delivered Meals: Nutritious meals delivered to seniors who are homebound or unable to attend a center.
Golden Diners Program/Chicago:
Hot lunches are served in a social setting with recreational activities.
Congregate Meals/Niles & Schaumburg: Group meals in safe, welcoming spaces that encourage connection and friendship.
Participants also receive guidance on healthy eating to help manage conditions such as
Diabetes
Hypertension
Our goal is balanced nutrition without losing cultural identity.
