21st June is celebrated as Yoga Day. Special Yoga sessions are conducted at all our locations to improve the seniors’ mental and physical health. Yoga is an excellent way for older adults to loosen and stretch painful muscles, reduce stress, and improve circulation. It also reduces anxiety, helps lower blood pressure, protects joints, and builds strength and balance. As a result, our seniors experience a host of benefits, from greater flexibility and improved balance to lower stress and better their lives.
