Computer Training

Computer Training

The agency has continued to offer computer training to its immigrants since 1997. We provide computer training at our centers in Chicago, Niles and Roselle. Funding received from the Retirement Research Foundation enabled us to upgrade our computers and improve our training from 1997 –1999. Currently we have no grant to support the program but we are continuing the program due to the community’s need for education. Currently we have a computer training program at Chicago and Niles centers. We take a nominal donation of $35 for learning basic computer skills for 3 months.   We have also introduced numerous advanced courses in computer learning, such as computer languages, web designing, web development, graphics, and even certification, all for a nominal charge. Our agency is trying to find new source of funding in order to continue and provide computer literacy classes for job seekers
